  • Gentle Tides Pelvic Health is a cash based practice. This means we do not bill your insurance. If requested, you will be provided with a “superbill” that you can then submit to your insurance for any available out-of-network benefits.  We accept exact cash, credit card, HSA card and FSA card. This allows us to provide the highest quality care.

  • Yes! Gentle Tides is now offering virtual appointments at a discounted rate.

    If you are having difficulty finding the right time to come into the clinic or you would like a check-in appointment to discuss progressing your current plan of care, this is a great option. Fill out the form below to schedule.

  • We saved one hour blocks per session for the initial evaluation and each follow up to ensure quality care and eliminate the feeling of being rushed.

  • Yes! Kids are always welcome. We have a baby swing, play mat, wooden toys and coloring books for entertainment.

  • Unfortunately, our space is located on the second floor, so although there is a ramp to enter our building, one flight of stairs is required to climb to our treatment space.
